Sampling and return resources
You can use these instructions even if a confirmation email was missed. Keep the packing materials and prepaid return label that came with your kit.
Before collecting
Review the written sampling protocols and the training video for your kit before heading into the field. Follow applicable collection permit requirements.
Submit collection data
Record your collection details as described in the protocol. The data-submission guide explains the steps.

Review the trap field guide, change and record collection bottles as directed, and use the supplied bottle-return materials. Keep the trap unless the program team gives you different instructions.
Return your samples
Pack samples using the instructions supplied with your kit, attach the prepaid UPS return label, and drop the parcel at a UPS location. If the label is missing, damaged or expired, ask us for a replacement before shipping.
Prepaid return labels generally last about 100 days from creation. Printing the same label again does not renew it.
